Joslyn Bales

Hi, I'm Joslyn Bales. Born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, I am proud to call Southeast New Mexico home. Before coming a State Farm Agent, I spent more than 8 years in new construction real estate, helping families navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. That experience taught me the importance of listening to people, understanding their individual needs, and building relationships that last far beyond a single transaction.

My passion for helping people ultimately led me to State Farm and the opportunity to build an agency focused on protecting what matters most while helping individuals and families prepare for the future. My team and I are committed to getting to know our customers, making insurance easy to understand, and providing the kind of friendly, dependable service you can feel good about. We are here to help with and be of service as a resource for our customers through every stage of life.

Faith, family, and community are at the heart of who I am. I have been married since 2007 and am a proud mom of two sons. My faith guides how I live, serve others, and lead my agency. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and being home with my cats.
